Order are shipped via Fed Ex-Ground when the merchandise total is greater than $25. Orders are shipped via USPS when the merchandise total is less than $25.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS.

Orders shipped to the state of Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% sales tax on merchandise and shipping.

RETURNS

Products purchased from McConnell Publishing, Ltd will be accepted for return only if they are in their original packaging and in excellent, re-sellable condition. Full credit for returned products will be issued only if items are not damaged in return transit. Refund will be made in the form of a check, and will reflect only the product purchase price. Refunds will not be made on shipping costs. Refunds will be only be made within the first 60 days after purchase. Sorry, dog toys are not returnable.
