No need to wait in line!

150 Autographed copies of The Education of Will are now availablebut first come, first serve! Order now and you’ll receive Patricia’s memoir for $19.95 (instead of the retail price of $26.00).

What are Book Tours Like?

On the one hand: Amazing! You meet so many wonderful people, are supported and reinforced by enthusiastic and thoughtful audiences, are honored by person after person sharing their stories with you, and get to spend time in some of the country’s best Indie Book stores (I’m talking about you, Room of One’s Own, Tattered Cover, Third Place Books & Powell’s City of Books!).

On the other hand: Exhausting! You have to leave the hotel at 4:45 AM, get on plane at 6:30 AM, arrive in a new city in time to grab a snack, wash your hair and get ready to speak at 2 in the afternoon. Rinse and repeat. (And TOTALLY worth it! I can’t wait to see everyone in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.)

Don’t miss Patricia,  Suzanne Hetts and Daniel Estep talking about comparative trauma in people and dogs on the upcoming CAAB ChatWednesday, March 15th, 2017. Free if you attend the live chat, a small fee if you purchase the recorded replay.

HAVE YOU READ TRISHA’S MEMOIR?

"The Education of Will delves deep into the minds of people and dogs, and into the effects of trauma, showing that healing is possible. McConnell gives a voice to those who can’t speak in words and provides hope for fearful animals everywhere."

—Temple Grandin, author of Animals Make Us Human and Animals in Translation.
