Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped using either UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service.

Shipping cost is calculated on weight, product dimensions, and shipping destination. You will see the exact shipping charges on your order in “Step Two” of the checkout process.

Orders are normally shipped within two business days. Depending on where you live, your order should arrive within three to ten business days. (International orders, media mail to Alaska and Hawaii usually takes longer.)

State and local sales taxes will be added to all orders that are shipped to the state of Wisconsin or Washington.

From time to time, some products are on back order. Since back orders situations are usually resolved within three to five days, we will hold your order until we can ship the complete order. If the delay will be more than five days, you will be contacted.

You may return books and DVDs to Dogwise within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the product is still in its original packaging and in excellent, re-sellable condition. DVDs may only be returned if they are unopened and in the original shrink wrapped packaging. Dog toys and eBooks are not returnable.  

Full credit for returned products will be issued only if items are not damaged in return transit. Refunds for the original purchase price will be made by check.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless your product arrives in a damaged condition. International Shipping

We currently ship to most of North America, Asia, Australia and Europe.

International shipping is calculated based on weight, product dimensions and destination. The shipping cost includes shipping through the United States Postal Service, handling fees, and insurance (if applicable). The Buyer is responsible for all indirect taxes including sales tax, Value Added Tax, and Goods and Services Tax, as well as Duty Fees, Import Tax, Customs, and Brokerage Services.

In order to keep shipping affordable, all international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The Buyer is responsible for all charges related to Duty Fees, Customs and Brokerage Services. Please note that packages sent via USPS are insured only when inurance is available, and cannot be tracked. We take great care in packaging our orders, but cannot guarantee if, when, or how the package will be delivered. The Buyer assumes all shipping risks including, but not limited to, lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your address is correct. If the package is un-deliverable, you are responsible for return postage fees.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders for international orders.

Orders are normally shipped within two business days. Depending on where you live, your order may arrive within 7-10 days but may take up to several weeks. We do not offer expedited shipping, and have no control over how long packages take to get through customs.
